Silence is Golden

I think we can now safely say that exposing the 'hidden agenda' of Mike Hitchen as the 'Pervert who exploited, and cashed in on, Madeleine McCann' - as opposed to his self-proclaimed mission of being 'The Voice for Madeleine McCann' - has been worthwhile. It is now apparent what his agenda was - money.

He saw a golden opportunity to make money from the tragedy of a 3 year old girl, and he grabbed it with both hands. As he was being 'exposed' he turned his humiliation into a hate campaign involving innocent people and babies in order to try to drag them down with him.

First he had his website suspended until he removed all libellous and offensive material. And now he's been told to clean up his blog. He's almost complied with the police request by removing all but one of his libellous blogs, as he clings on to the last remaining thread of what's left of his dignity after being publicly exposed and humiliated.

Just a little more persuasion by West Yorkshire Police to Hitchen to finish his cleaning task and I think we will see the end of this hate campaign. Jeremy will also work on having all the filth about him removed from the internet, for the sake of his baby son, but that will take time. The McCanns have been informed of Hitchen's activities, and what they do about him selling their daughters trademarked name is their business.

Thank you West Yorkshire Police. Thanks also to the Bradford MP who also got involved to help fight Jeremy Young's corner.

Thank you, also, to everyone else who contributed to these blogs to help rid the internet of the hideous hate campaign against Jeremy and his babies, JKH, and Jane Freer, which was instigated by Mike Hitchen and finished by us.

Unless anything else happens - such as the publication of the video about Jeremy's stillborn baby - these blogs will remain here until such time as Hitchen removes all libel from the internet, but they won't be updated as there is no point in rattling Hitchen's cage. The maggot has gone underground where he belongs and we consider his silence a victory.

His blog and secret forum are pretty much defunct. He has been told to behave and I hope he does.

The term used for con men as such, is "Cybersquatting" according to the United States federal law known as the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act, is registering, trafficking in, or using a domain name with bad faith intent to profit from the goodwill of a trademark belonging to someone else. Only Hitchen could take a so-called Business Blog that he alleges is accessed by schoolchildren - and turn human tragedies like the China earthquake; Human Trafficking of teenage girls and the Madeleine McCann mystery, into an excuse to publish his hate campaign.

What possible reason is there for him to advertise The JY Files and JKH Files at the bottom of every news article? Indeed, what possible reason is there for him to file his hate campaign blogs with Madeleine McCann's name other than to exploit this, possibly, dead child to lure people to his blog.

The comment left on the new blog sums it up effectively.

It is noted that the MHIAP blog publishes libel with no evidence - which is exactly what Mike Hitchen does on his "Identifying a Child at Risk" and various other blogs in his hate campaign. I would also suggest that Hitchen is writing these blogs in order to encourage Anna-May Silvestro and Mariana Faithful to make complaints to the police in order to strengthen his own case, and weaken ours.

Mike Hitchen has also not added the new blog to his press release on his business blog.

It is also noted that posts and images are being stolen from this blog in an effort to discredit this blog and I have now added a disclaimer that states we have nothing to do with that blog. After all the hard work and research that has gone into this blog, why would we want our work discredited?

As the poster says, there is only one person who would benefit from discrediting this blog and that is Hitchen himself.

Clearly Hitchen has mental problems - how else can you explain his need to write sexual stories about children and stories about how he wears dresses and make up in front of his mother (who he has publicly stated he is taking revenge on); and who makes jokes about a stillborn baby and instigates a Child at Risk campaign to have a newborn baby taken from his parents based on a poem that was written whilst the father was in the depths of despair?

Yet another of Mike Hitchen's lies has been exposed. He did not make a complaint to the Driving Standards Agency about Jill Havern. She wrote to the DSA to ask if a complaint had been made. She received an acknowledgement but no response so sent the email again - 4 times in total. Oh it's great being a hippy dad. Well ok, I'm not a hippy as such - more an attached parent - but let's not get bogged down in terminology. Especially when it is such a sunny day and I have been out for a walk with piglet in the baby sling (not that one btw).

It's such a nice feeling walking about and with piglet in the sunshine - and the sling is ideal because you can talk to the baby about the stuff going on around you. I suspect that I might have looked a little bit nutty - but then no more so than the people who walk round with those mobile phones which attach to their ears - in fact probably less so since I was saying things like 'that was an ambulance and the siren was going because they are hurrying to the hospital' instead of 'fish fingers, buy, buy, sell, sell'.Oh and of course wherever we went there were people billing and cooing and sneaking a quick look and saying what a lovely baby - which is of course the truth.Yes it's nice being a hippy dad - or attached parent.

Anywho...I notice Mike Hitchen continues his campaign of harrassment against me and my family.I haven't really been keeping up with all the twists and turns of his ferbrile mind, prefering to just let the police get on with their job of investigating him and his chums on the secret forum.When I say I haven't been keeping up with matters, what I mean is that occasionally I pop along to the mikehitchenreferncelibrary to see if there is anything that needs to be refered to the police. Which generally there isn't, because all he is doing is repeating the same old stuff over and over again in order to boost the google ranking of his Child Protection Campaign - and the police are already aware of this stuff and investigating it - which makes it all sound very grand, until you actually go and read it and realise that in fact he is completely clueless of the circumstances of my family and driven entirely by malice. I did notice a curious thing the other day though. Apparently community groups are allowed to advertise on Mr Hitchen's blog free of charge - which is odd because that is exactly the same offer as JPC make and back in January when there was a forum attached to this blog, there was a JPC employee who took the opportunity to attack those who were using the forum to track the online activities of Mr Hitchen - the employee in question was a called Susie Neal, who was happy enough to use the company email asytem to do this - which did make me wonder if there was a connection between JPC and Mike Hitchen..... but maybe not...... you know how paranoid people get when they are being stalked and harrassed.

For those who haven't been following this harrassment campaign by Mike Hitchen, I went to the police in March after Mr Hitchen and his supporters started emailing social services making false allegations against me and my partner of child abuse, of a sexual nature - allegations that Mr Hitchen's continues to publish, despite being warned by the police to stop.One of the latest posts from Mr Hitchen can be found here. And as per usual contains factual inaccuracies. For instance, I have made no statements to the police - I have reported the incidents of harrassment, but as yet have not been asked to make a statement. The police do agree that Mr Hitchen's activities are criminal, the would not have sent a warning letter if they did not, the problem they have is that because he is in Lane Cove, Sydney Austrailia, prosecution of the offences - which are also criminal offences in Austrailia - relies on the New South Wales police, who have been informed. The police have not spoken to me with regard to anything thing other than the campaign of harrassment being waged by Mr Hitchen.What he is refering to is the offer he made to the police with regard to him stopping his illegal activities.The offer was that in return for me making a full public apology for the anguish and suffering caused to him and his mother, and the guarantee that I would never mention his name in any written form again, he would remove his Child Protection website - which I believe this jpeg is taken from. Which of course I declined to do. For the very obvious reason that I am not about to apologise to someone, for something I have not done, when they have accused me of murdering my daughter and raping her dead body: presumably in the hospital - both of which are sick beyond belief and totally without foundation - especially as the offending articles are double posted on Mr Hitchen's other blog site, which makes his offer totally meaningless. And yet another of his fabrications. This 'offer' was backed up with the claim that unless I complied with his demands a documentary about me would be posted on the internet - which rather amusingly was commented on by the police officer who rang me, as Mr Hitchen making more threats.Quite how this means that I am not mindful of the welfare of my family is not clear to me - especially given that my daughters memory has been kidnapped, raped and abused by this person who has a known sexual interest in children as demonstrated here, here, and here: and while we are on the theme of Catholic spanking, your local priest may be surprised to learn that the catholic church in Austrailia appears to give references for spanking partners. Regular readers of this blog will know that I have not made a sustained attack on Mr Hitchen's or indeed his followers, which appear to include someone whose online name is Primavera.

Apparently this person is a supply teacher at Etone Community college - which if true does make one wonder if the college knows that she spends her spare time engaging in hate campaigns? Indeed you might argue that I made the mistake of not actually attacking Mr Hitchen in person and choosing instead to use names Spanky The Bush Kangeroo, Norman 'Spanky' Bates, and the Maggot, before ignoring him, and then going to the police when his obssesion continued and he attempted, by use of lies, innuendo and smears, to have piglet removed from the loving care of myself and my partner.Of course being obsessed Mr Hitchen chooses to ignore the warning he has already recieved and then interprest what he claims to have been the message he recieved from the police, as their backing in terms of his campaign of harrassment. When in fact the message could be read in entirely the opposite way and in fact I suspect that was the way it was meant to be read.Say what you like about the police but they do not like nonces.With regard to this business about masturbation and my use of the phrase 'pimping'.

I refer you back to the post I made in November when Mr Hitchen began his campaign of harrassment, namely Journey into Depravity and you will note what I actually said:"And equally unlikely, is that I am about to post pictures of our dead child just to prove something that does not need proving. Not least because I suspect Mr Hitchen will mastubate over the picture, given his total lack of restraint or decency. "And though I have searched for the comment about pimping - without success, I believe it is in the comments somewhere - I am pretty certain that my actual phrase was that 'I am not about to start pimping out my daughter' to a man with a known and well documented quasi-sexual - in the sense that inflicting pain for sexual gratification cannot really be described as sexual in the true sense of the word - interest in children. What parent would?I should also like to make it clear that I have no connection, and never have had with mikehitchenreferancelibrary, though it has been a useful source of information, and it also alerted me to the fact that social services had been informed of Mr Hitchen's idiotic claims, as well as the attempts by Mr Hitchen to stir up vigilantte violence against myself and my family by attempting to publicise his perverted views by posting links to his various blog sites to news feeds.

I do find myself wondering what he hopes to gain by this. Supposedly the aim is to get newspapers to take up the story. And presumably shame the police and social services into action. I would suggest that any story that does result would be far more damaging to Mr Hitchen.It should also be pointed out that Mr Hitchen has been using the net to find addresses of various people who are members of various groups that I am affiliated to, and has been emailing them in a vain attempt to make them aware of 'the turth' about me and the missus. The people who recieved these emails of course ignored them for the offensive spam that they are.As for the missus being Mother of the Year, well I think she does a damned fine job, and so does piglet - which would explain why we are the proud parents of a happy and contented baby. Who draws admiring looks when out with his daddy in the sunshine. Yes we wish we had a daughter too, and in our hearts we still do, but one cannot have everything in life and as things go we are pretty much contented with our lot.

Yeah being homeless because of a hate campaign ain't much fun, but then being the subject of a perverse 'Child Protection' campaign that seeks to destroy the life of a child, ain't much fun either. But we are certainly a damned sight more contented that those who seek to destroy us by use of lies.

What are you fighting exactly?

A hate campaign that has a newborn baby at the centre of it. A hate campaign started by Mike Hitchen simply because he didn't like the father. A hate campaign that grew to vile proportions, dragging other innocent people into it, because we chose to support the father when Hitchen attacked the father's stillborn baby.

You and Hitchen have so far attacked two babies now in an attempt to destroy the father's life. You have also dragged his wife into it, aswell as other innocent people - one of them who has already tried to end her life because of Hitchen.

You have been warned about your criminal activity because you've received a letter from West Yorkshire police telling you to stop. They certainly didn't write to you to compliment you on your self-proclaimed 'award winning' copy-and-paste blog. The fact that you won't stop your harassment, and that your supporters still encourage you, means that they are assisting an offender - the offender being you. You are all in this together.

As long as you don't stop then neither will we because while your 'Child at Risk' campaign is still ongoing then we will do everything we can to disprove your malicious lies and expose you all for what you are.

The 'attack' on your teacher friend isn't an attack. It's simply that we know she's part of your Team H who is helping you with your 'Child at Risk' campaign and we are discovering things about her too. She has been obnoxious on the internet, and in forums, for over a year now as you will note from the things we are finding.

She is a teacher, for goodness sake, and parents have a RIGHT to know what sort of people teach their kids. In fact, her position is far more important than yours because you're a nobody. You're not a qualified journalist, or anyone special, other than the owner of an online spanking shop and a copy and paste blog which you claim is accessed by schoolchildren who are, therefore, able to see your hate campaign. What sort of role model are you for these impressionable children?

Anna-May Silvestro's personal details are already on the internet, and all we're doing is putting it all in one place alongside yours. It is no different than you posting Jill's address, telephone number and business details on your business website and warning people not to have driving lessons with her because you don't like her book, even though you originally said you did like it. You seem to think that is ok, so why moan when the boot is on the other foot? You would also post Jeremy's address and telephone number if you knew it! After all, you went searching for that information in a Bradford forum, posing as Anthony, didn't you?

You, however, cannot find anything on Jeremy, Jill or Jane because there isn't anything to find is there? So you just make it up. You never provide any evidence or links like we do - you merely publish lies as though it is the truth and expect people to believe it. We are here to disprove those lies and it's very easy to do that.

We will continue to gather evidence on you and your team because we believe we are doing a service to the public to get rid of predators, with a hidden agenda like yourselves, off the internet - or at least raise public awareness to your hidden agendas.

In your latest post you talk about Jeremy intimidating you, even though he has remained silent due to legal advice, then you go on to ask how his newborn baby is in an intimidating manner. You're not concerned about the baby at all, you just use the baby to take another swipe at him. But now you are dragging his wife into your hate campaign, too.

THAT is intimidation of the worst kind because you are using a newborn baby as an ulterior motive to fight his innocent parents.

We will not stop until you, and your secret 'Dream Team', who hide behind young children (Madeleine McCann, Ben Needham, Shannon Matthews etc) are exposed and dealt with by the law.

Why did you have to retreat into a 'secret forum' to discuss Madeleine, Ben and Shannon? The 3 Arguido's openly discuss these children but people don't have to log in to be able to read it. Is it because they're not conducing a 'Child at Risk' campaign such as yours?

Why do you, a 52 year old man who writes sexually graphic stories about children, show up on Bebo as being a friend of a 16 year old girl? What possible reason is there for that?

You have threatened to distribute flyers around Bradford pubs to inform 'locals' that Jeremy is a child pervert. That is not only potentially endangering his life from vigilantes, but also the life of his newborn baby and wife.

You have accused Jill of being part of a 'paedophile ring' and posted her details on the internet which may also cause vigilantes to congregate outside her house. Why? Because you didn't like her book.

You, and your team, base your entire hate campaign on one poem that was written by a grieving father in his deepest, darkest hour - you use this poem over and over again as though it is the most vital piece of evidence to have his newborn taken away - and you drag innocent people into your hate campaign, based on this poem, simply because they chose to support this man when you made fun of his stillborn daughter in your shoutbox. As a man who does not even have children, you will not be able to understand what it means to lose one.

Children are for life, not for your perverted pleasure.

Does a baby deserve to be taken from his parents because of a poem? Does a driving instructor deserve to lose her business because of a poem - and does Jane from Fife deserve to lose her life in a suicide attempt because of a poem?

These are just some of the reasons we will not stop. We have the right to reply to your accusations and that is what we are doing.

For heavens sake lighten up; you are becoming a crashing bore with your uninformed, judgmental brand of coffee bar socialism regarding. issues you know very little about.
If you just stop whining for a while and read on, then you may actually learn from someone who I can assure you, knows far more about these things than your incredible naivety shows you ever will.
I run two businesses in which emotional issues are very much part and parcel of the work. If those involved in small business or "start ups" are experiencing personal, financial, family problems etc, that will affect their business. A great part of my work involves listening and trying to help solve those problems.
I get at least one client a week telling me they are contemplating suicide, and as yet, no one ever has. It is not something you can detach yourself from easily, especially when you have the experience and judgement to gauge the potential of such an act, and care about the people concerned.
In the last few weeks I have had seven "clients" lose someone close to them. I use inverted commas, because these people are more than just clients, they have become people I care about. At the same time, several close friends have also been through a lot.
I too have major problems both with my own health and that of a very close family member.
The point of the above is that Rufus is not in the above category. He is a professional attention seeker and one of the tools he uses to draw attention to himself is to hurt people. He has hurt Courtney, Beth, Dawn and many others. He goes out of his way to do so without any provocation.
It's his choice. I am not about to concern myself with some insignificant little arsehole who goes out of his way to hurt people I care about
People think I am hard because I often refuse those who come up to me in the street and ask for money or cigarettes. Those who judge me are much like yourself, they think they know the facts, would like to believe they know the facts - but don't.
For a very long time I worked in a homeless men's centre, something which is well documented. I know the difference between those who are genuine and those who are professional beggars. Those whoare genuine get any assistance I am able to give. The others...well I will let you figure out what they get. It's the same with Rufus.
Most of the people he has hurt know Rufus and are also emotionally strong enough to put his hate in perspective. But one day he will attack someone who is not so strong. They may be going through a difficult time, or they may just be sensitive. An attack by Rufus may just be the final straw.
Have you considered that fact at all? or do the narrow parameters of your home-on-the-range social philosophy extend only to defending someone who may top himself because he has received a negative reaction to a course of action he chose to embark on?
I have very little sympathy for anyone who hurts myself, family, friends or business. I count Court, Beth and Dawn as good friends - very good in fact. I do not care one iota about the perpetrator of hurt, but I do care about those who are the victims. When that happens my motto is "whatever it takes".
People who have hurt or crossed me have suffered nervous breakdowns and a marriage breakup as a consequence of my actions. I view those as positive results and any harm done is of no interest to to me. If they can't do the time, then don't do the crime - I didn't ask them to hurt me.
Let's consider two of your uninformed judgements. You make reference to Courtneys achievements. There are many things that Courtney has acheived and amongst them is to become my friend. I do not make friends easily, but when I do they stay friends for a very long time. I go for quality, rather than quantity. She has earned my respect and my friendship, which is a damn sight more than you are ever likely to achieve.
Secondly, you responded to a post by Ruffiane regarding a response of mine to Rufus. You donned your amazing black and white dream coat to impart wisdom to all - again without knowing the facts. I do appreciate that talking about things you have no knowledge or understanding of, greatly increases your choice of subject matter, but there are a few things you didn't know.
Ruffiane and I have a history. Some time ago it made an unfounded allegation about my business. It is too stupid to check the facts, and assumed that everyone is as stupid as it is.
I have been around too long not to realise that in business, every now and then someone will come along and try to discrdeit you. I take precautions and I was able to produce documented and archived evidence that what it refered to, was in fact completely wrong. In the same post, it also refered to someone very close to me.
Others may forgive and forget, I don't - I see no percentage in it.
Oh, and before you make another patronising post about how people spend hours anguishing over responses; maybe it takes *you* hours to write an intelligent response, that's certainly not the case with me.
